" When my former personal trainer moved out-of- state, I was skeptical about transferring to a different trainer without any knowledge of his/her fitness philosophy and/or physical training techniques.
After meeting Jason Spicer for the first time, however, I realized that my fear was unfounded.
I was always under the impression that one had to move “quick, hard, and fast” throughout a 60-minute training period to maximize training benefits.
As an educator, I am concerned about the whole child and his or her social, emotional, and academic growth.
Similarly, Jason takes great pains to ensure that he addresses the needs of the whole individual with regard to health, diet and exercise.
Through working with Jason, I have gained an appreciation for taking time for myself and listening more closely to what my body is telling me.
Jason expresses true concern and compassion for his clients. When I was recently having a surgical procedure completed – and was understandably nervous about the outcome – Jason messaged me to wish me well and then again to see how things had gone.
Talk about positive connections with your clients!
I highly recommend Jason Spicer for anyone looking for a personal trainer. He will be your biggest cheerleader….and gives great massages, to boot! "
